When you request a lash appointment, Mia x Lash collects your name, contact details, selected service, and appointment time to manage your visit and contact you about it. Your Instagram username is optional.

Appointments & messages

Appointment information is stored in the site’s booking database and is accessible to authorized studio staff. Connected email delivery services process the contact details and appointment information needed to send booking updates and reminders. We do not use your booking details for marketing subscriptions.

Payments

Deposits are sent through Zelle in your bank’s app. This website does not collect card information or banking credentials, and cannot verify a Zelle transfer automatically. Mia checks deposits directly before confirming appointments.

Your appointment link

Your appointment link lets you see booking status and report your deposit. Keep it private. It does not show your email, phone number, or other clients’ information.

Website preferences

The site may store your motion preference in your browser. The protected studio dashboard uses sign in for access. The site does not include advertising trackers.

Contact & deletion requests

To ask about your information or request its removal, contact miaxlash@gmail.com or DM @miaxlash. Mia may retain records needed for appointment and payment administration.
